Nancy Haller, PhD.

Dr. Nancy Haller holds a doctorate degree in psychology and served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy where she provided personnel screening, team building, and managerial effectiveness training. Following her honorable discharge, Dr. Haller founded Applied Psychometrics. She has worked with Fortune 500 managers and executives at the Center for Creative Leadership. Dr. Haller also is a valued resource in change and conflict management situations. Her understanding of human behavior and business dynamics combined with her engaging style make her a trusted advisor to managers and executives.
Over the past 15 years, Dr. Haller has worked with a diverse group of companies in the public and private sector, from large corporations to family owned businesses. Dr. Haller’s expertise has benefited businesses from dental practices to service industries in bolstering employee productivity, reducing turnover, and improving customer service. Dr. Haller provides Dentist Coaching services to dentistry for McKenzie Management.
Jean Gallienne, RDH BS
Hygiene Consultant/Instructor
Jean Gallienne, RDH, BS graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Northern Arizona University. In addition to practicing full time as a clinical dental hygienist, Jean spent 12 years in the Naval Reserves. As an adjunct faculty member at Southwestern College Hygiene Department, she taught Clinical Dental Hygiene, Advanced Clinical Dental Hygiene, and Review for the National Dental Hygiene Board.
In the past, Jean has been an alternate trustee, and worked on committees at the component and state level for the California Dental Hygiene Association. She has been a delegate to the California House of Delegates and is currently a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and past President for the San Diego County Dental Hygiene Association. She is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and The Alpha Eta Society and a trainer for Dental Professionals Against Violence, working with the California Dental Foundation in training mandated reporters.
Jean is also a contributing writer to McKenzie Management’s weekly e-management newsletter and a Clinical Hygiene instructor for Advanced Training for Dentistry programs and Hygiene Consulting Director for McKenzie Management. She consults with hygiene departments of dental practices in how to build a successful and profitable hygiene department.
