Who Should Attend

Who on your team should be sent for training? Since peak performance can be reached only when team members have adequate training to work both proficiently and proactively, any team member including the doctor whose performance could be enhanced from advanced education should take advantage of the program. That includes not only new hires, but veteran staff as well. In light of the constant deluge of easier-better-faster technologies introduced by the high tech boom, even the most competent team members require periodic retooling of their skills.
